Gerry Dunlap Rose Garden at Victory Park
The Stockton Beautiful Rose Garden at Victory Park was designed and built by Stockton Beautiful and was dedicated in May of 2007. The Rose Garden was named in honor of our co-founder, Gerry Dunlap, who was the guiding force behind this wonderful project, our gift to the City of Stockton. We invite you to experience the beauty of the Gerry Dunlap Rose Garden at Victory Park located at 1001 N Pershing Avenue on the north side of the Haggin Museum.
